We offer a full 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply get in touch and we'll arrange a refund or replacement — no hassle, no awkward questions.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at pawcasa.business@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
3. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible
• We cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage
